Our Story:
Gia’s Pizza Kitchen was built around something simple: good food, family, and the recipes that bring people together.
Our kitchen is rooted in the Italian-American traditions we grew up with, using recipes that have been passed down through our family and perfected over generations. These are the kinds of recipes that were never written down just once. They were cooked, shared, changed a little, and passed along again.
That same spirit is what you’ll find at Gia’s today.
From our hand-tossed pizzas and homemade pasta to the dishes that have become favorites with our guests, everything is made to order with the same care we’d put into a meal at our own table. And if you ask our regulars, there’s one dish that has earned a special place around here: our Chicken French, prepared the old-fashioned way and finished in our rich lemon wine sauce.
But Gia’s is about more than what comes out of the kitchen.
We’re a family-owned and operated restaurant in the heart of East Rochester, and we’re proud to be part of this community.
